КРИТЕРИИ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ Сборной команды С.Ш.А. для сезона 2006-2007 годов

Сезон 2006-2007.

Общее положение.
Следующие критерии будут использоваться для определения членов
Команды в течение сезона 2006-07. Фигуристы, удовлетворяющие
требования больше чем одиной группы будут всегда помещаться в
наивысшей.

Сборная-группа А (team A) -
- Эта группа состоит из атлетов с самыми высокими достижениями
в ISU Чемпионатах.
* Автоматический для:
U.S.Чемпионов среди взрослых (senior);
12-ти лучших в Чемпионатах Мира по фигурному катанию;
Золотого медалиста Чемпионата четырёх контнентов;
Медалистов (3-х лучших) Финала Гран-Гран (senior).
* Рассмотрение для
Призёров чемпионатов мира (senior) двух предыдущих сезонов;
Сохранивших любительский статус и поддерживающих конкурентноспособность
для следующего соревновательного сезона на протяжении трёх последних лет.

Сборная-руппа В (team B) -
- Эта группа состоит из атлетов с высокими достижениями в
национальных и международных соревнованиях.
* Автоматический для:
Второго и третьего призёров Чемпионата Четырех континентов;
Медалистов (3-х лучших) Чемпионата Мира среди юниоров;
Фигуристов, занявших 2-4 места в U.S.Чемпионатах (senior);
Медалистов (3-х лучших) в Финале Гран-При среди юниоров;
Фигуристов, занявших 4-6 места в Финале Гран-При (senior);
U.S.Чемпион среди юниоров.
* Рассмотрение для:
Сильнейших 5-ти женщин и мужчин,
Сильнейших 4-х пар и танц.дуетов
по американскому рейтингу (ICMS), определяемому после Чемпионатов Мира.
*Система ICMS определит номер, базируясь на строгом учёте выступавших
в соревнованиях.

Сборная группа С (тeam C) -
- Эта группа состоит из атлетов, которые превзошли других
прежде всего на национальном уровне.
* Автоматически для:
Фигуристы, которые участвовали в Финале юношеского Гран-При (немедалисты);
Призёры (лучшие 3) на международных соревнованиях ISU (junior and senior);
Одиночники, пары и танцоры на U.S.Чемпионатах: взрослые среди 5-7-х мест,
юниоры в числе 2-5-х мест, новички - призёры (лучшие 3).
* Рассмотрение для:
Восьми лучших по системе USFSA-рейтинга (ICMS) после окончания чемпионатов Мира
*Система ICMS определит номер, базируясь на строгом учёте выступавших
в соревнованиях.
* Рассмотрение для:
Взрослых, юниоров или новичков, в случае был очень сильного состава или при
очень близких результатах на U.S.Чемпионатах.

Сборная-РЕЗЕРВ (Reserve Team)
* Автоматически для:
Призёров (лучшие 3 места) в международных (novice) детских соревнованиях, курируемых
(под эгидой) ISU.
* Рассмотрение для:
Фигуристов потенциально с высокими возможностями, показанными на уровне секцианальных
и региональных соревнований.
* Рассмотрение для:
Для пар и танц.дуэтов, вновь сформированных, на базе результатов летних соревнований.
Они будут введены в сборную команду, если соревнования имели международный уровень.
* Рассмотрение для:
Для одиночников, которые участвовали в летних турнирах на международном уровне.

2006-07 Team Envelope Criteria
Team USA

The following criteria will be used to determine the members of
the Team Envelopes for the 2006-07 season. Skaters qualifying in
more than one envelope will always be placed in the higher
envelope.

Team A - This envelope consists of the highest performing athletes
in ISU Championships.
* Automatic for:
U.S. senior champions
Placement in top 12, World Figure Skating Championships
Gold medalist, Four Continents Figure Skating Championships
Medalists (top 3), senior Grand Prix Series Final
* Consideration for World senior medalists in the previous two
seasons who have retained their eligible status and have
committed to competing in the next competitve season within the
past three years.

Team B - This envelope consists of high performing athletes in
national or international competitions.
* Automatic for:
Second and third place, Four Continents Figure Skating Championships
Medalists (top 3), World Junior Figure Skating Championships
Skaters placing 2-4 in senior events at the U.S. Championships
Medalists (top 3), Junior Grand Prix Final
Skaters who placed 4-6 in the senior Grand Prix Final
U.S. junior champions
* Consideration for top 5* ladies and men and top 4* pairs and
dance in the U.S. ranking system after Worlds.
*The ICMS will determine the number based on the strength of the
events entered.

Team C - This envelope consists of athletes who have excelled
primarily on the national level.
* Automatic for:
Skaters who qualify for the Junior Grand Prix Final (non-medalists)
Medalists (top 3) at ISU junior and senior international competitions
Singles, pairs and dance: seniors places 5-7, junior places 2-5, novice
places 1-3 at U.S. Championships
* Consideration for top 8* in the U.S. ranking system after
Worlds
*The ICMS will determine the number based on the strength of the
events entered.
* Consideration for skaters placing lower at the U.S. Championships
in senior, junior or novice where the event was very strong or results very close.

Reserve Team
* Automatic for:
Medalists (top 3) at ISU novice international competitions,
selected by the International Committee.
* Consideration for those in last year''s envelopes not qualifying
this year.
* Consideration for skaters not named above with high potential
as evidenced by performance at regionals or sectionals.
* Consideration for pairs or dance teams, who are newly formed
teams, based on the results of designated summer competitions
and input from members of the International Committee and
international/world judges. These skaters will be added to this
envelope only if they are assigned an international competition.
*Consideration for singles skaters who compete at summer
competitions with input from members of the International
Committee and international/world judges. Thses skaters will be
added to this envelope only if they are assigned an international
competition.
*If they medal at any international competition supported by the International
Committee, they will be moved to Team C and receive Team C funding.

Note: In the event an athlete is injured and is selected to
compete in an international event, the athlete must be monitored
prior to leaving for the event. The ICMS has the right to
withdraw an athlete from comeptition if they feel they are not
prepared and ready to compete.
